Frequently asked questions
Do I have to wait while my car is serviced?
No. You book a drop-off slot, leave the car, and we’ll tell you when it’s likely to be ready. Many routine services are done the same day; bigger jobs take longer, and we’ll let you know.
Will you tell me the cost before starting?
Yes. After inspection we share what needs doing and the estimated cost. Please approve it first — we don’t carry out extra work without your go-ahead.
Can I choose the parts used?
Where more than one option exists, such as original-brand or aftermarket parts, ask us and we’ll explain the choices and the price difference.
What should I bring?
Your registration certificate copy and, if you have it, the service booklet. For an insurance claim, bring the policy details too.
Do you offer pickup and drop?
On request, in the areas we cover. Choose “Pickup & drop” in the booking form and add your area, and we’ll confirm by phone.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to reschedule or cancel at any time.
