• To improve our services, for example by asking for your feedback after a visit.

Who can see it

Your details are visible to the staff of demo2 who need them to look after your vehicle. We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers that help us run this website (such as email delivery), only for that purpose, or where the law requires.

Vehicle and photos

Share only what is useful for the job. If you send photos of your car on WhatsApp, we use them only to understand the work and prepare an estimate.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, including service history, and to meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you submitted, or stop reminder messages, by contacting us .
